Pattison Place is a facility next door, but independent from The Pattison House that is set up to accommodate up to a maximum of 60 guests for rehearsal dinners.

 

Use of the facility is permitted until 10 pm with a 3-hour maximum.

 

For couples who are booked with Pattison House we offer an all-inclusive (except alcohol) package for rehearsal dinners. The cost is $2000.00 for up to 45 guests then an additional $45.00 per guest over 45 guests with a maximum capacity of 60 guests.

 

Included:

·        Rental of facility

·        Tables and chairs inside and out

·        Use of sound system

·        Complete table settings including plates, cloth napkins, flatware, stemware, centerpieces, candles, flowers, etc.

·        At least 2 employees to work event 3 hours

·        Bartender if needed

·        A selection of a catered meal from our menu by various caterers

·        Complete setup and after event cleanup
