THE VENUE

The Pattison House Luxuries:


All day Friday and Saturday access to the entire venue.

Guest attendance is limited to 200


The Bridal House:

The Bride has use of an entire house for the day; not just a room with availability an hour or two

before the ceremony.

It includes a full bath, professional hair-styling room with styling chair and shampoo bowl, a
makeup room designed with great natural lighting, a separate dressing room to keep makeup
far from gowns, and a beautiful room for family to view the bride before the ceremony.


Decor:

We supply all tables and chairs inside and out. The indoor hall has a mixture of wooden farm

tables and round tables with white cloths.

All tables are set with vintage mixed china, vintage silver plate flatware, chargers, cloth pressed
napkins, and a variety of stemware including beverage, white wine, red wine and champagne

flutes. 

(your choice of gold or silver table setting).

We also have a large selection of wedding décor available for use.


Accommodations:

The Pattison House has areas that can be mixed and matched for the occasion according to couples choice:

  • Outdoor Areas; a large patio under the canopy of large oak trees with an outdoor dance floor, outdoor

       rock fireplace and an outdoor bar.

  • The Chapel: a restored 100+ year old barn

  • Reception Hall; which has one entire rock, candlelit wall and a room full of chandeliers.

  • Groom’s Room; located in a separate building which includes, tv with cable, Xbox,

reclining sofa, shower, and private patio.

As an extra bonus The Pattison House has a family waiting room.


Location

 We have a country setting close to the city; a 15-20-minute drive from Katy Mills Mall where
several hotel accommodations are available for out of town guests. You will find our location

excellent.

Extras

Included, we also provide a vintage restored limo to whisk the bride and groom off after the

reception then delivery to a Houston area hotel.

Also provided are coffee service and cake cutting as well as table bussing service after the

caterer completes dinner bussing.

We also offer an on-site day-of coordinator and access to our on-site photo booth for a small additional fee.
